General Online Return Policy

You may return most non-edible items for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items require receipts, tags, and original condition to be accepted.

If you need to process a return, please contact us with your order number and specific details.

Acceptable returns

Non-edible, unopened products in their original conditions with receipt and tags. If you are returning apparel, it must be unworn with the original tags attached. 

For healthy reasons, all edible products cannot be returned, unless the item is damaged or you received the incorrect product. 

Return Process

General returns:

1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you need to process a return for any reason that is not damage or defective

2. If return is approved, you will have a return form for you to complete

3. Package the item and include the return form inside

4. Ship package to the following address with the shipping carrier of your choosing. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns. Please use a traceable carrier for your return. Dulerias Pinkis is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Sent

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We apologize for any inconveniences and we will make it right as soon as possible!

You will receive a free return with a full refund or a free exchange.

Returns of damaged or defective items:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide us with details and pictures.

2. Once return is approved, you will receive a free return label and a return form. The return form must be completely filled out and returned inside the package.

3. Print out the return label and send it back to us.


You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 14 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.
