Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM CST.

Ground Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM CST. Orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days to most U.S. locations.

2-Day and Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days of processing time will still apply. 

Shipping Locations

Shipping is available to any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

In-Store Pick Ups

You can place a pick up order for any of our stores, located in Texas: Brownsville, McAllen, Corpus Christi, and Pasadena (Houston).

Customers that have not picked up orders within 7 days will be contacted. If we fail to hear back from you within 2 days, the order will be cancelled.

If you are unable to pick up your order within the 7 days, you may contact the store and the order will be held longer.

Local Deliveries

Orders placed before 1pm may be delivered the same day, considering all items are available. We offer 3 options for local delivery:

1-5 miles from the nearest store, delivery costs $3.

6-10 miles from the nearest store, delivery costs $6.

10-19 miles from the nearest store, delivery costs $10.

Anything over 19 miles is considered shipping.

General Online Return Policy

You may return most non-edible items for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items require receipts, tags, and original condition to be accepted. If you need to process a return, please contact us with your order number and specific details.

Acceptable returns

Non-edible, unopened products in their original conditions with receipt and tags. If you are returning apparel, it must be unworn with the original tags attached.

For healthy reasons, all edible products cannot be returned, unless the item is damaged or you received the incorrect product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We apologize for any inconveniences and we will make it right as soon as possible! You will receive a free return with a full refund or free exchange.

Return Process

For general returns:

1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you need to process a return for any reason that is not damage or defective

2. If return is approved, you will a return form for you to complete

3. Package the item and include the return form inside

4. Ship package to the following address with the shipping carrier of your choosing. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns. Please use a traceable carrier for your return. Dulcerias Pinkis is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

All sales are final, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Modifying Order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be modified.

Tax-Exempt

Businesses and organizations are eligible for tax-exemption with the proper forms and documentation.

Paying with EBT

You can pay with EBT in store at all our Pinkis locations. Pinkis Laredo will start accepting soon in a few weeks. To pay for an online order with EBT, please send us a message using the contact form.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated using UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping tables and are based on package weight and size, delivery distance and shipping method. Shipping costs approximately double for every upgrade (e.g., Overnight will cost roughly twice that of 2-Day). Unfortunately, weight plays a significant factor in determining shipping costs and bulk candy has a high shipping-to-product-cost ratio. For example:

If you purchase a shirt for $1,000, shipping is likely going to be approximately $20, (2% of the shirt price). On the other hand, if you purchase $1,000 worth of delicious candy, your shipping cost will likely be $200 (20% of the cost of the candy). If you order $15 of candy, the shipping cost may be as high as $15 (100% of the cost of the candy). Products such as jewelry, electronics, clothes, etc. are light; therefore, their shipping costs will not represent a large percentage of their total order cost. Sweets, for better or for worse, outweigh the competition!

Out of Stock Items

We suggest to select the "Accept replacement if out of stock" option at checkout. In the event your product is out of stock, our candy experts will choose the closest product as a replacement.

Because we carry over 2,000 products, in order to maintain fresh inventory we keep limited stock. As a result, we may at times not have certain items in stock.

We try our best to have all items in stock, but in the event we are unable to ship your full order there are 3 options:

  • You will be sent the closest product as a replacement if the "Accept replacement if out of stock" option was selected at checkout. If it was not selected, you will be contacted by our candy experts to offer a product replacement, OR 
  • You will receive the items that are in stock and a second shipment when the out of stock items become available. There are no additional shipping fees for any secondary shipments, OR 
  • The out of stock items will be refunded and cancelled from your order. You will be notified through the contact method provided at checkout.
