Dulcerias Pinkis offers year-round delivery


1. Place order and choose "Shipping over 20 miles"

2. Once your order is ready for shipping, it will be measured and weighted. This will be used to get a shipping rate directly from the carrier.

3. You will receive an email with a link to pay for the shipping rate. Please note: Dulcerias Pinkis has no control over the shipping costs. We try our best to get the best discounts with the carriers but candy is heavy (therefore more expensive than most goods).

4. Order successfully shipped! :)

*We understand this is not the most conventional shipping process. That is why our NEW website will be launching very soon where all product pictures will be displayed and shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please be patient with us :) *


Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated using UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping tables and are based on package weight and size, delivery distance and shipping method. Shipping costs approximately double for every upgrade (e.g., Overnight will cost roughly twice that of 2-Day). Unfortunately, weight plays a significant factor in determining shipping costs and bulk candy has a high shipping-to-product-cost ratio. For example:

If you purchase a diamond for $1,000, shipping is likely going to be approximately $20, (2% of the diamond price). On the other hand, if you purchase $1,000 worth of candy, your shipping cost will likely be $200 (20% of the cost of the candy). If you order $15 of candy, the shipping cost may be as high as $15 (100% of the cost of the candy). Products such as jewelry, CDs, electronics, clothing, and flowers are light; therefore, their shipping costs will not represent a large percentage of their total order cost. Sweets, for better or for worse, outweigh the competition!


Ground Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days to most U.S. locations.


2-Day and Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days of processing time will still apply. 

Shipping is available to any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations

*Please note our distribution center that ships out orders is open from 8 AM to 6 PM CST. 

Most carriers do not deliver on Sunday and will only deliver on Saturday to certain locations. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us.

In-Store Pick Up: If you are in Brownsville TX, McAllen TX, Corpus Christi TX, or Pasadena (Houston) TX, we have a store waiting for your visit! Feel free to stop by, pick up your sweet order, and enjoy our store with your friends, family, and kids (p.s. We have a kid’s playroom!). Before stopping by to pick up an order, please wait until we contact you that your order is ready for pick up.

Customers that have not picked up orders within 7 days will be contacted. If we fail to hear back from you within 2 days, the order will be cancelled.  

If you are unable to pick up your order within the 7 days, you may contact the store and the order will be held longer.

Local Delivery: We offer 3 options for local delivery.

If you are located:

  • 1-5 miles from the nearest store, delivery costs $3.
  • 6-10 miles from the nearest store, delivery costs $6.
  • 10-19 miles from the nearest store, delivery costs $10.
  • Anything over 19 miles is considered shipping.


Orders must be placed before 1pm to be delivered the same day, considering all items are available.

Placing an order does not guarantee shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders depending on availability. Because we carry over 2,000 products in order to maintain fresh inventory we keep limited stock. As a result, we may at times not have certain items in stock.


Please remember:


Once the product leaves our warehouse, there can be no returns for any reason.

Our Meltable Products Policy still applies. Some products may melt in transit depending upon the weather, but we will not be able to resend products.


P.O. Boxes

Due to the perishable nature of our sweet treats, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided at checkout, your order will be put on hold while one of our customer service representatives reaches out to you for a physical street address.


Address Corrections and Delivery Intercepts

The UPS charges for address correction around $15 per package. If you enter your address incorrectly when placing an order and UPS bills us for address correction costs, you are responsible for the charges and your card will be billed for all associated UPS fees. If you change your mind about an order after it has already shipped from our distribution center and you would like to re-route the package(s) back to, the UPS charges for a delivery intercept around $15 per package. We will automatically bill all associated UPS fees to your credit card.


Warm Weather and Weather Delays (Meltable Product Policy)

During the summer and other hot times of the year, we require selecting "UPS 2nd Day Delivery" or "USPS Priority Delivery" or faster. We will also add a $5.50 hot weather shipping charge to pay for an insulated box, ice packs and the additional weight of those two items.

If possible, try to ship your order to a business address as businesses often receive shipments earlier in the day and someone is onsite. When shipping to a residence and no one is home, the products will either be (1) left outside sitting in the heat or (2) put back in the hot carrier’s truck. If you need to ship to a residence and you cannot be home, please leave a note instructing that the package be placed under shade. In the event your package has been sitting in heat, let it "rest" at room temperature for a few hours to give it a chance to return to normal consistency.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all shipments, Dulcerias Pinkis is not responsible for delivery delays, damages or non-delivery caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of god.


Timely Delivery

We cannot issue credits or refunds for orders not delivered on specific dates unless (1) you notified us that you needed the order by a certain date AND (2) the order is shipped via Overnight or 2-Day. Because delivery times for orders shipped by ground delivery methods vary from state to state, no guarantees regarding delivery dates can be made. If you absolutely need your products on a certain day, please place an order with at least 10 days in advance. Also, let us know and we will do our best to advise you regarding the most appropriate delivery option.

Dulcerias Pinkis is not responsible and cannot provide refunds for delays outside our control including inclement weather, natural disasters, accidents, other acts of god, and third-party carrier delays.

You may return most non-edible items for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items require receipts, tags, and original condition to be accepted.

If you need to process a return, please contact us with your order number and specific details.



Acceptable returns

Non-edible, unopened products in their original conditions with receipt and tags. If you are returning apparel, it must be unworn with the original tags attached. 

For healthy reasons, all edible products cannot be returned, unless the item is damaged or you received the incorrect product. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items Sent

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We apologize for any inconveniences and we will make it right as soon as possible!

You will receive a free return with a full refund or a free exchange.

Return Process

General returns:

1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase if you need to process a return for any reason that is not damage or defective

2. If return is approved, you will have a return form for you to complete

3. Package the item and include the return form inside

4. Ship package to the following address with the shipping carrier of your choosing. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns. Please use a traceable carrier for your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Returns of damaged or defective items:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide us with details and pictures.

2. If return is approved, you will receive a free return label and a return form. The return form must be completely filled out and returned inside the package.

3. Print out the return label and send it back to us!:)


You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
